I have no idea what kind of meat this was, other than some kind of ground pork. I was more amused by concept of compressed mystery meat on a stick. I insisted on a picture as we each held our meat on a stick. (While I was rather amused with the picture, my wife wasn't amused with my jacket and shirt combination.)
